About

In my research, I am studying the physiological basis of animal behavior, in an integrative perspective. I am particularly interested in all aspects of learning, memory and plasticity (neuronal and behavioral) and in insect neuroethology (behavioral and neural aspects of taste and nutrition in relation to development). I work on moths and I am also interested in scorpions and amlypygids. Previously, I worked 8 years on honey bees as well as on cuttlefish and neurophysiology of addiction.

I am teaching ethology and neuroethology, zoology and statistics to undergraduate students (Licence) and graduate students (Master).
